All maintenance requests are now done through AppFolio.

We can also be reached by email for following up on an existing Appfolio request (be sure to put your unit and address in the subject line): maintenance@citysuitesboston.com

For Maintenance Emergencies ONLY:

(1) TEXT THE CITY SUITES EMERGENCY 24-HR PAGER NUMBER: (617) 286-4591

(2)  MESSAGE MUST INCLUDE YOUR ADDRESS, NAME, TYPE OF EMERGENCY, AND CALLBACK NUMBER (IF DIFFERENT FROM NUMBER YOU ARE CONTACTING US FROM)

(3) IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE WITHIN 5 MINUTES, PLEASE TEXT PAGER AGAIN

Tenant Lock-Outs:

During office hours, we are available to assist with lock-outs between 10AM-5PM ONLY. Outside of those hours, or on weekends and holidays, tenants will need to call our locksmith via the below:

Do not use the maintenance emergency pager if you are locked out.

If you do not get an answer, it is fastest to send the locksmith a text.
